Marc Anthony's wedding 'filled with dancing'

Marc Anthony and his new bride reportedly had their wedding guests dancing non-stop. The singer and fiancée Shannon De Lima are said to have married Tuesday with an intimate ceremony held at Marc’s home in the Dominican Republic. And sources say the pair, as well as friends and family, were on their feet the whole night in celebration.

'There was a fantastic, traditional dinner and long Latin music filled night'

“No one stopped dancing from beginning to end” an insider told PageSix.

Although Marc didn’t perform, the source described the night as “something magical”.

“It was mostly family and friends at Marc’s house, with a few notable names… There was a fantastic, traditional dinner and long Latin music filled night,” the insider said.

Marc's proposal happened back in March, according to Us Weekly. The pair had dated on and off since 2012.

The nuptials marked the third marriage for the 46-year-old singer. He was previously married to Jennifer Lopez in 2004 but the former couple, who share two children, finalised their divorce earlier this year.

Marc also has four children from previous relationships in addition to his six-year-old twins Max and Emme with Jennifer.

He is also now step-father to Shannon’s seven-year-old son Daniel.

The singer’s adopted son Chase Muniz is a big fan of his new step-mother as well.

Shortly after Marc and Shannon went public with their romance, Chase was gushing about his father’s then-girlfriend.

“To all my followers and everybody on twitter follow 2012 best couple and for many more years to come @MarcAnthony and @Shadelima !!!!!” Chase tweeted at the time - two years before his wish came true.
