Miley Cyrus is reportedly dating producer Mike WiLL Made It (24).
The controversial singer and the music insider ? whose real name is Michael Williams ? developed a connection while working on her comeback album Bangerz and making the music video for her hit We Can't Stop.
A source told National Enquirer magazine, "Everyone knows they're hooking up. Mike is very protective of Miley . . . Miley and Mike vibe off each other."
The rumour comes after Miley (20) and Liam Hemsworth's representatives confirmed they’d ended their engagement following months of speculation.
Liam (23) and Mad Men actress January Jones (35) were said to have been “sexting” amid reports The Hunger Games hunk was unhappy with Miley's provocative new image and raunchy performances.
Another source commented, "Liam decided he wanted to be with January instead of Miley. Miley was left heartbroken and couldn't forgive Liam, so getting together with Mike is her form of revenge. She's messed up."
Mike is thought to have been a welcome distraction for Miley during the breakdown of her relationship, with the producer regularly sharing flirty snaps of the Wrecking Ball singer on Instagram.
In June, he posted a snapshot of Miley posing with his chain necklace, alongside the caption, "Got the hottest chick in the game wearing my chain."
