The brunette beauty, who is studying communication science and law at a university in New York, is fluent in Spanish, French, and English - and is also a talented musician. Stephanie’s pink dress was a reminder of the soft pink design which South African Rolene Strauss sported when she took the title in 2014.

Rolene recently celebrated her reign by posting a picture on Instagram accompanied by a heartfelt caption. Her parents, Christopher and Baby, previously told YOU how proud they are of their daughter.

“I can’t even express how proud I am and how I feel right now. And as her parents we’ll do all we can to support her and adjust to what life brings her,” said Christopher.
