Earlier this month it was reported she nearly caused a car crash in London when she tried to jump out of her limo during rush-hour, complaining she felt unwell.
"Nicole's really feeling the pressure - she's determined to make her new album a success and is spending countless hours promoting it," an insider told British magazine Closer.
"At the same time, she has to travel back and forth to see Lewis in Monaco [where he lives] and she's been pushing for a wedding so they can start a family together.
"She's confided in friends that she felt ill and trapped in the car - she says she had to get out of the limo and didn't care it was still moving."
She and Lewis reportedly got engaged earlier this year, but neither party have addressed the speculation. It was previously suggested that the racing car driver was unwilling to settle down, and it seems things aren't getting any better this time around.
"Nicole's feeling really emotional because Lewis makes her many promises but they still haven't got anywhere with setting a date [for the wedding]," the source added. "She's so busy with work, she says she doesn't have time to sort everything out. She feels so lost right now."
