Heiress Paris Hilton has joined rapper Birdman’s Cash Money record label.
The socialite (32) – who released her debut album, Paris, in 2006 – will release a house music album later this year and has already recorded a single with rapper Lil Wayne.
Birdman tweeted: “Welcome@ParisHilton to tha family. RichgangRichgirl. YMCMB.”
“@BIRDMAN5STAR. Thanks BO$$!” Paris replied, “happy to be a part of the family. #PH?YMCMB.”
She also captioned a YouTube clip of the video with the words: “Love this song I recorded with @LilTunechi. Love Lil Wayne. He’s so amazing! Can't wait for our new song!#I?YMCMB.”
This is good news for the hotel heiress after she was recently the victim of a cruel prank for the second time, when someone called emergency number 911 pretending to be her and claiming she was trapped in her bedroom with a gun to her head.
Police rushed to Paris’ Los Angeles mansion – but all they found were her pet pooches tearing around the house.
Paris arrived home to find police cars surrounding her house. The incident, which took place earlier this month, was almost identical to a joke played on her two months ago.
