"I do know (the gender). I'm not telling, not yet, but I'm very excited," she told reporters at the event, adding that she and Russell chose the name together. "We've already done that actually." Ciara added that her two-year-son son Future Zahir, whom she shares with her ex-fiance, rapper Future, is very excited to become a big brother. The 31-year-old says her little boy is "obsessed" with babies and can’t wait to meet the new arrival. Read more: Ciara is pregnant

"He rubs my belly and he says, 'Hi baby. I love you, baby,' ... and then he puts my shirt down and says, 'Bye, bye baby.' So, that's his own thing," she told Entertainment Tonight. "He sees a baby walking, smaller than him and walking - it doesn't matter, it's a baby. So, he goes, 'baby' and he looks at me and he goes, 'Mama, baby' - and he tries to pull my sweatshirt up."

The AMAs was Ciara’s first big event since announcing her pregnancy, with the Goodies singer certainly making a statement in a stunning black and white Stephane Rolland Couture dress and Giuseppe Zanotti black satin platform heels. The gown featured a dipped hem and puff ball skirt which was teamed with a black turtleneck top.
