Rihanna's RPatz friendship 'too much' for his new girl

FKA twigs reportedly threw Rihanna "a death stare" when she flirted with Robert Pattinson recently. Barbadian singer Rihanna and Twilight hunk Robert have been linked in the past, although she publicly slammed the rumours in a Vogue interview. However, it's claimed she made a beeline for him during a recent night out in New York City - which was awkward as he was with his new love FKA twigs. "She [FKA twigs] had just come from performing a sold-out show at music venue Terminal 5, so she was tired and sitting on one of the VIP couches," a source told British magazine Heat.

'She's not the kind of girl to let Rihanna flirt with her man in front of her'

"But when Rihanna got there and started acting flirty with Rob, it didn't take long before she was on her feet and standing next to him, giving Rihanna the death stare. She's not the kind of girl to let Rihanna flirt with her man in front of her."

Initially Robert was said to be happy to see Rihanna. However, he didn't realise her behaviour wasn't going down that well with his girlfriend.

"Rob was pretty tipsy, so when Rihanna started hugging him and hanging off him, he didn't seem to notice how uncomfortable twigs was getting," the insider explained.

Things soon mellowed out though and Robert and his partner - real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett - couldn't be closer. They are thought to be living together and he has accompanied her to shows in Europe too.

"Things are getting very serious between Rob and Tahliah. It's completely exclusive and Rob's crazy about her. There's no way he'd risk it for anything," a friend of the actor explained.
