Marilize van Emmenis (29) spent Monday night in the police cells at Kameeldrift police station in Pretoria, according to the report.
She was arrested at her house in Montana around 2pm after half a bag of Cat was allegedly found in her possession.
Police spokeswoman Mirna von Benecke confirmed an arrest to Beeld but would not name the woman.
Benecke told Sapa the woman would appear in the Pretoria North Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
She could not provide any further details to Sapa.
Van Emmenis was involved in the so-called Joost sex video in 2006, which showed the former Springbok captain snorting white powder with her.
He lost his job as SuperSport presenter as a result and his marriage was jeopardised.
Van Emmenis later said it was a mistake to make the video and leak it to the media.
