After they say the nuptials, William and Kate will be driven to Buckingham Palace where they will be hosted for lunch, along with 650 wedding guests, by the Queen.
This will later be followed by a reception party for 300 of the couple’s closest friends, organised by Kate’s younger Sister Pippa Middleton. Pippa, a professional events organiser in London, has reportedly had Buckingham Palace officials worried with her elaborate plans.
She even had disco balls installed in the throne room at Buckingham Palace to make it look like a night club. Palace officials have however been forced to yield to her as Prince William wants the reception to be young and cool.
The winner of BBC’s Sound of 2010 poll, Ellie Goulding (24) has been confirmed to perform at the reception. Ellie will serenade the Royal newlyweds with Elton John’s Your Song.
