1. Gale force westerly to north-westerly winds are expected between Cape Point and Cape Agulhas in the morning.
WATCHES:

1. Heavy falls of rain leading to localized flooding are expected in places in the Cape Metropole, Overberg, Cape Winelands and southern parts of the West Coast District.
2. A high veldfire danger rating is expected in the north-western interior of the Eastern Cape.

1. A well developed frontal system is expected to to affect the western parts of the Northern- and Western Cape on Wednesday and Thursday. The public and/or small stock farmers are advised that heavy rain leading to localized flooding, very cold conditions with light snowfalls over the mountains, strong interior winds and very rough seas can be expected.
