The award-winning actress sure knows how to strike a pose.

Catherine Zeta-Jones planked and downward dogged away on a superyacht recently, working up a sweat in a stylish black one-piece backless swimsuit that showed off her firm figure.

“Easy like Sunday morning,” the 51-year-old captioned the post on Instagram.

The mother-of-two is currently enjoying a summer holiday off the Spanish island of Ibiza with her husband, Michael Douglas (76).

This is not the first time the Prodigal Son star has shared a glimpse of her workout routines and the secrets to how she’s maintained her figure through the years.

In the past, she’s shared how she maintains an active lifestyle by playing tennis, swimming, peloton biking and tap dancing.

“I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating,” she said in a previous post about her love for dancing.

Catherine also enjoys the home gym. “I go for it for an hour,” she explained.

“I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, do the elliptical [machine]. I try to keep the whole body working.”

She also follows a healthy eating plan that includes lots of water, no alcohol and a diet “that keeps my body free of any inflammation”.

Catherine usually begins her day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee made from a French press. “I really can't do anything properly without my coffee,” she says.

Breakfast is porridge or granola enjoyed with summer fruits and yoghurt.

Lunch usually includes a salad with such ingredients as grilled chicken, spinach, blue cheese or dried cranberries.

“I have a salad at every meal other than breakfast because I just adore it,” she says.

For supper, which she usually has at around 8pm, is often “just a regular filet mignon with vegetables”, among other healthy dishes.

Catherine and Michael are parents to Dylan (20) and Carys (18).
