According to reports, emergency and police officials responded to a suicide call at Kim Scott’s home in Michigan in the US last month.

The 46-year-old ex-wife of rapper Eminem was reportedly found on a blood-filled floor and had several cuts on the back of her leg. Kim also had to be restrained after she became violent and combative before she was admitted to the hospital to be treated and placed under psychiatric evaluation.

She has since been discharged and it’s unknown if she’s receiving additional assistance.

Apparently the incident came a week after the passing of her mother, Kathleen Sluck (65). The cause of her death is unknown.

“Kathleen was an exceptional mom to her two daughters, Kim and Dawn, and was overjoyed to become a grandmother to her grandchildren, Alaina, Adam, Hailie, Stevie, PJ and Parker,” a family statement read.

In 2016 Kim lost her twin sister, Dawn Scott (41), after a suspected heroin overdose and said would “never feel whole again”.

“Dawn was my sweet, beautiful sister who lost her way. I kept a light lit for her hoping she’d find her way back to me. I miss her and love her more than anything I could ever say. I wish she was here so I could hug her and tell her I love her.”

Teenage sweethearts Kim and Eminem wed in 1999 before they split in 2001after a tumultuous relationship. They have a daughter, Hailie Jade (25).

The pair briefly reignited in 2006 before going their separate ways for good.
