Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears to step down as conservator 'when the time is right'

After 13 long, fraught years Britney Spears' dad, Jamie Spears, has decided to step down as her conservator.

According to a court filing, Jamie's lawyer stated he has agreed to relinquish control of his daughter's $60m (R888 million) estate “when the time is right”.
