Nobody would’ve blamed her if she was still feeling bitter about the heartless way Brad Pitt dumped her for Angelina Jolie – but Jennifer Aniston doesn’t believe in holding grudges.
The Murder Mystery star has mastered the art of staying friends with exes – and Brad is no exception.
“Brad and I are buddies, we’re friends,” Jennifer (52) says. “We speak, and there’s no oddness at all.”

Brad and Jen, who were married from 2000 to 2005, split after he fell for Angelina (now 46) on the set of the movie Mr & Mrs Smith (2005).
Despite this Jennifer has enjoyed a great friendship with the Ad Astra star. Brad (57) even scored an invite to her 50th birthday in February 2019.
And when Jen reunited with Brad last September for a virtual live table reading of Fast Times at Ridgemont High, they could barely conceal their chemistry.
Though fans hoped the exes had rekindled their flame, the Emmy winner says they played the part of lovers purely for charity.
“We had fun and it was for a great cause,” Jen says. “There was no oddness except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be or assumed there to be.”
The actress says she and the Oscar winner are nothing more than good buddies. She also keeps in contact with another ex, actor Justin Theroux (49), whom she wed in 2015. The couple separated in 2017 but their divorce doesn’t seem to have been finalised yet and they still video call each other regularly.

Jen admits she’s reluctant to walk down the aisle a third time. “I’m interested in finding a fantastic partner and just living an enjoyable life and having fun with one another,” she says. “It doesn’t have to be etched in stone in legal documents."
Besides hanging out with her exes, she loves being around her dogs, Clyde, Sophie and Lord Chesterfield. She’s also thrilled about filming the second season of drama series The Morning Show.
“I’m in a really peaceful place,” she says. “I have a job that I love, I have people in my life who are everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs.”
