It looks like Zayn Malik is in search of love with a big, beautiful woman.
Three months after his dramatic split from model Gigi Hadid, the Pillowtalk hitmaker's profile has reportedly been spotted on a plus-size dating website.
In a video circulating on social media, a man who bears a striking resemblance to the 29-year-old singer is seen taking part in an emoji challenge on the site.
The bearded man, who goes by the name Zed, geotagged his location to a town in Philadelphia.
There's no clear indication that it is Zayn but the internet has been abuzz with speculation.
Fans say this could be the former One Direction member's way of going incognito.
According to the website WooPlus.com, it' a dating platform for curvy single to find and enjoy love.
The website won't confirm if Zayn has indeed joined the site.
“We're dedicated to managing a privacy-secure environment for each user,” says a spokesperson, who preferred not to be named.
“We’d be thrilled to have Zayn Malik in our inclusive dating community – if he did join. We find it common that a lot of people appreciate the beauty of plus-size women, and we think there’s no need to make a fuss about it.”
In a 2016 interview with Billboard Magazine, Zayn acknowledge his penchant for women on the curvier side of the spectrum.
“I like girls that are a bit chunky in certain areas — the nice areas," he said. "I like a fuller woman."
And since his romance with the 26-year-old mother of his daughter, Khai (1), has fizzled, Zayn is free to explore his preference.
Zayn and Gigi’s on-and-off relationship of six years ended in October last year, after he confronted the supermodel’s mom, Yolanda. Yolanda (57) claims Zayn struck her at his home in Pennsylvania while Gigi was working in Paris.
Zayn was apparently unhappy that Yolanda “barged” into his home unannounced.
The Hadid family matriarch alleges in court documents the singer “grabbed and shoved me into a dresser, causing mental anguish and physical pain”. She also accused him of engaging in “continuous cursing”, calling her “a f***ing Dutch slut” and ordering her to “stay away from [my] f**king daughter”.
The pop superstar also reportedly referred to daughter Khai as “the f***ing sperm that came out of my f***king c**k”.
Yolanda later pressed charges, accusing Zayn of four counts of harassment. He immediately pleaded no contest and was fined an undisclosed amount and placed on a 90-day probation for each charge, accumulating to 360 days total.
The terms of his probation include an anger management class, a domestic violence programme, and having no contact with Yolanda or her security detail.
Following the drama, Zayn released a statement saying he wants to create a private space for his daughter to grow up in.
“In an effort to protect that space for her, I agreed to not contest the claims arising from an argument with a family member of my partner’s who entered our home while my partner was away several weeks ago,” he said on social media.
He also denied striking Yolanda, but wouldn't be drawn into what actually happened that day.
“For the sake of my daughter I decline to give any further details. I hope that Yolanda will reconsider her false allegations and move towards healing these family issues in private.”
The exes are reportedly amicable and working together to co-parent Khai.
Gigi’s reps say she's very private and won't air the family's dirty laundry in public.
“She's solely focused on the best for Khai."
