It’s no secret that Jason Sudeikis wasn’t happy to see ex-fiancée Olivia Wilde find love so quickly with pop star Harry Styles. But it seems a former co-star is helping to mend his broken heart .
Jason (45) was recently spotted walking arm in arm in New York with Keeley Hazell (34), and a source has confirmed that they’ve “been seeing each other” for a while.
There’s been speculation about the American actor and the English actress since February but the source insists that even though they’ve now made their relationship official they’re taking things slowly.
“They’re just having fun. It’s nothing serious at this point.”
Apparently they’ve been friends since working together on 2014’s
Horrible Bosses 2 and Keeley also had a part in Jason’s hit TV series Ted
Lasso. But things turned romantic only recently after they started spending
more time together following his split from Olivia (37).
Jason set tongues wagging in February after he accepted his Golden Globe award for best actor for Ted Lasso via video call, standing in front of a white fireplace that had earlier appeared in a selfie shared by Keeley on Instagram. Eagle-eyed fans were quick to serve this up as evidence that there was something going on.
Before her acting career, Keeley was a model, appearing in magazines such as FHM. In 2020 she dated Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams (now 49) for nine months.
This is Jason’s first public romance since his split from
Olivia, with whom he has two kids, Otis (7) and Daisy (4).
They’d been together since November 2011 and were engaged for seven years before deciding to go their separate ways in 2020.
But the split was far from amicable as they apparently argued over the Richard Jewell actress’ increasingly close bond with Harry (27), who stars in her second film as director, the upcoming Don’t Worry Darling.
However, insiders insist that Jason has come to terms with the relationship and that he and Olivia have “transitioned into a great co-parenting routine”.
“The children are the priority and the heart of the family’s relationship,” adds the source.
