A lot has been said about the Kardashians and cosmetic surgery and while Khloé Kardashian has never been shy to admit she went under the knife, she hasn't divulged any details until now.
In a recent interview with news show Good Morning America, the reality TV star opened up about a nose job she got in 2019. Despite what many claim, the 37-year-old says it's the only plastic surgery she's had.
“My whole life I'd say I've always wanted my nose done, forever. But it's in the middle of your face and it's scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it," she says.

She later took the conversation to Twitter, reassuring one user who'd cried about the recovery process.

In the same interview, Khloé also discussed her on-off relationship with Tristan Thompson, recalling how he cheated just before they welcomed their daughter, True, in 2018.
“When he cheated on me right before I gave birth I was able to still have him in the delivery room. Yes, it might've looked strange to the outside world, but when my daughter watches my home videos, those videos are going to be as pure and perfect as I was able to make them," she says.
Khloé and Tristan went public with their relationship in 2016. For a while they seemed happy, but they were soon plagued by cheating scandals. The couple separated the following year when Tristan was again accused of cheating, this time with Jordyn Woods (now 24), a close friend of Khloé’s sister Kylie Jenner.
It wasn't long before they made up, though. Khloé seemed to have forgiven the basketball player when she penned a gushing tribute to him on his 30th birthday in March last year.
“Thank you for showing me everything you said you would. For the father you are. For the best friend I have in you. I'm thankful I can do absolutely nothing with you and it feels like everything. I hope you know today and every day how loved you are by me and so many others,” she wrote on social media.
The reunion didn't last long and the pair split again in May last year when Tristan fathered a son, Theo, with fitness model Maralee Nichols (31) while still dating Khloé. Despite the back and forth, she says they're on good terms now. “I still think he's a great guy, and he's a great dad. He's just not the guy for me,” Khloé says.
