She’s all about showing some flesh in a bid to keep it real – and Lizzo did it again after embarking on a strict vegan eating plan during lockdown.

In a TikTok video posted on Monday, the singer and body-positive advocate reminded her fans to “love themselves at all stages in their lives”, saying she was not eating healthily at the start of quarantine.

“Honestly, I am both of these women, and I cannot condemn one woman or the other. I’m happy both ways, and right now, this is what's bringing me joy,” the 32-year-old Juice hitmaker said.

She included another clip taken in the early days of the pandemic that showed her dancing around her kitchen in a sports bra and undies.

Her hair was styled in two messy buns and she was using a kitchen utensil as a microphone.

“This is me at the beginning of quarantine. Happy. Loving myself. Dancing,” she says.

She can also be seen “making what looks like a stale-doughnut-poundcake-milkshake-type concoction”.

“This [video was taken] after having endured a whirlwind tour and year,” she narrates. “And after being seven years vegetarian, going back to eating all animal products.”

She then inserted a clip of her “now”, which showed her “making [her] vegan protein shake”.

“I'm still that happy girl, loving myself, and loving my body. Love yourself at all stages in your life because you are who you are,” she says.

Meanwhile, she joined the increasing number of celebrities urging their fans to vote in the upcoming US election.

In a fun Instagram video in which she twerks while wearing a star-spangled bustier with a jacket and matching hat, she advises fans what to do.

“IF YOU WANT TO VOTE BUT DONT KNOW WHERE TO START: Text LIZZOBEVOTING to 26797 to make sure you’re registered to vote, confirm your polling location, and get reminders for all your elections. #iamavoter,” she said.
