He's been a constant at many a quickie Las Vegas wedding and his face is one of the most recognisable in the world.

His music inspired plenty of upcoming musicians, and say the words “King of Rock and Roll” and his name usually pops up. Yet Elvis Presley was one of a kind and no impersonator could ever capture the electric energy and smouldering personality he brought to the stage.

So when news of a new biopic about the Memphis crooner was announced, many wondered who dared try to fill those blue suede shoes.
