Lourdes Leon has got everyone talking with some sexy snaps she posted to her new Instagram page, accompanied by some cheeky comments that might even make her mom blush.
In her first post, the 24-year-old shares a pic of herself striking a pose in a risqué shoot she did for Juicy Couture underwear a while back.
But when the trolls came out firing, Lourdes cheekily retaliated, revealing a razor-sharp sense of humour.
To one follower’s question: “What would ur mom think?” she responded, “Does your mom know u don’t wash ur a**.”
“We’re waiting for your singing debut,” another follower added, to which she quipped, “I’ll sing at your funeral.”
When another person pointed out that her mother is an “icon”, Lourdes remarked, “So go follow her. It's @madonna btw if u didn't know.”
But evidently the young go-getter got tired of dealing with haters and as her following quickly grew to over 89 000 followers, she blocked everyone from commenting on her posts.

Lourdes, Madonna’s only daughter from her relationship with celebrity personal trainer Carlos Leon, has forged a modelling career for herself since 2016, working on campaigns for Adidas, Stella McCartney and Gypsy Sport.
Following her 2020 photoshoot for fashion brand Miaou, she was hailed as a younger version of Madge but with dark hair. This was after behind-the-scenes snaps of her were shared by the brand, where she could be seen lounging on the sand at the seaside in a matching two-piece floral swimsuit, channelling her mom’s famous look from her iconic 1989 music video Cherish.
Lourdes is the eldest of Madonna’s brood of six, which also includes Rocco Ritchie (20), her son with British movie director Guy Ritchie; and Mercy James (15); David Banda (15); and eight-year-old twin daughters, Stella and Estere Ciccone – who were all adopted by the pop star in Malawi.
Lourdes is very close to her mother – even having the letters M-O-M tattooed on three of the fingers of her right hand, which probably explains why she was quick to shut up any detractors who made reference to Madge on her new Instagram page.
But the devotion cuts both ways. In an interview with Vogue, Madonna described Lourdes, who graduated from LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York as, “insanely talented”.
“I'm green with envy because she's incredible at everything she does – she's an incredible dancer, she's a great actress, she plays the piano beautifully, she's way better than me in the talent department.”
But the one thing Lourdes lacks, her mother notes, is motivation. In the interview, the 62-year-old points out that her firstborn, “doesn’t have the same drive” as her.
“I feel social media plagues her and makes her feel like, 'People are going to give me things because I'm her daughter’,” she added, referring to the influence her fame has on her daughter’s career.
But surely when she looks at her daughter’s Instagram profile she must feel very proud to see that Lourdes is more than capable of standing up for herself. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree . . .
