Thanks to lockdowns around the world, we barely knew they were pregnant. But the cute little Mini-Mes that made their appearances are proof these celeb moms have popped.

Now there are the requisite post-baby body snaps, which many of them are delighting in showing off.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt to have billions in the bank to appoint the best nutritionists and personal trainers money can buy. And there’s the army of helpers to help beat the sleepless nights and mind-numbing fatigue normal new moms around the world know so well.

Fortunately, some are doing it with more of a focus on health than simply to get thin.

Promoting positivity and her fitness goals for 2021, singer Ciara, who gave birth to her third child, Win, in the second half of 2020, recently shared how she’s managed to lose 12kg after the birth by using an app called WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers.

“Super Proud of where I am starting off 2021! Down 28 pounds thanks to @WW!! This journey has been easy, stress free and fun! Especially juggling mommy life, work life, exercise, etc!” she shared on an Instagram post.

American Idol judge Katy Perry had an exciting year, wasting no time getting back to work on the judging panel six weeks after giving birth to her first child, Daisy, in September.

"When a mom finally goes back to work (whatever profession they do) it’s not like they been coming from months of “time off...” she’s coming from a full time job... of being a mom, lol," she shared in a tweet.

These celeb moms who are keeping it real on the Gram by sharing their bounce-back-after-baby inspo:

Eniko Hart welcomed a baby girl, Kaori Mai, her second child with hubby Kevin Hart, in September and has shared a number of posts on Instagram about her post-partum weight-loss.“Not everyone’s journey is the same but I’ve learned over the years if you treat your body good, it’ll do the same in return. Like my trainer said, “Be inspired to INSPIRE”,” she shared in a post.

Actress, producer and dancer Jenna Dewan welcomed a baby boy, Callum, with her fiancé, Steve Kazee, 10 months ago. The mom-of-two, who has daughter Everly (7) with ex Channing Tatum, shared some of her moments juggling work and family time like only a mom can."Becoming a mother is quite simply the absolute best most incredible thing that has ever happened to me.”

Plus-size model and body-positivity advocate Ashley Graham, who spent her first year of motherhood in quarantine, admitted that the weight gain was initially “devastating” but she decided to celebrate her body after the birth of her son, Isaac.

“When I look at my new stretchmarks and the changes that my body went through, it reminds me that, as women, we’re all superheroes. I’m always reminded that our bodies were built to do this. It’s such a beautiful thing to be able to give birth, but I didn’t realise it until afterward,” she shared in an interview with actress Kristen Bell.
