It looks as if Adele is ready to take things to the next level with boyfriend Rich Paul.
The British pop star, who recently celebrated her 34th birthday, has splashed out $58 million (R928m) on a new pad for herself and Rich, an American sports agent.
In a series of loved-up snaps posted on social media, the pair are pictured in front of their lavish new home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, holding up their house keys. “Time flies,” Adele captioned it, an apparent reference to their year of dating.
In another snap, the Easy on Me songbird is shown laughing behind the counter of a fast-food restaurant while pretending to serve Rich (40). The post also contains a pic showing Rich giving Adele a kiss backstage as she prepares for a show.
The eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom home was previously owned by actor Sylvester Stallone and was on the market for nearly a year before the 15-time Grammy winner snapped it up.
Adele, who's rumoured to be secretly engaged to Rich, owns three other homes in the star-studded neighbourhood, including one in which her ex-husband, Simon Konecki (48), still lives.
Adele and Simon, the CEO of a charity, were together for seven years before tying the knot in 2018. They separated in 2019, with their divorce finalised in 2021, but decided to live close to each other for the sake of their son, Angelo (9).
Adele’s new home, which was built in 1994, offers plenty of privacy and security as it's located at the end of a long driveway in a cul-de-sac inside an exclusive enclave.
Amenities include a movie theatre and cigar room, a home gym, a huge patio with an infinity pool and an outdoor putting green.
It also boasts an air-conditioned eight-car garage with an art studio as well as a guest house on the property.
The lovebirds have kept a relatively low profile after they were spotted in February at a basketball game in Cleveland, Ohio, where Rich is based.
At the time Adele and Rich were seen looking affectionate following rumours that they’d split up after her shock cancellation of her Las Vegas residency in January.
A month later she put paid to those rumours with an Instagram post announcing that she'd be performing at the Brit Awards, which she ended with a cheeky, “Oh, and Rich sends his love.”
