Chris Pine has traded in his chiseled chin and slick haircut for a beard and shaggy do.
The 41-year-old actor recently made a red-carpet appearance for his new Amazon Prime Video film All the Old Knives.
“I guess it's like, equal parts laziness and equal parts something I might do in the future here,” he says about his salt-and-pepper transformation.
“If there's any excuse not to shave and have makeup put on . . . I . . . you know . . .”

The Star Trek Beyond actor said his appearance was inspired by rocker Gregg Allman from The Allman Brothers.
“This is my Gregg Allman '70s look. My publicist said I look like a Bee Gee, but I prefer Gregg Allman."
Chris has been sporting his bearded look since November last year, but it made its first public debut last month when he was spotted grabbing lunch.
But his appearance isn’t the only change the American actor has made in his life – he and his girlfriend of four years, British actress Annabelle Wallis (37), have gone their separate ways.
Annabelle was first linked to the Wonder Woman 1984 star in 2018 after they were spotted together at Heathrow Airport in London.
In the months that followed the couple enjoyed a holiday in Italy with Annabelle’s parents.
“Chris was attentive and wooed her to get her attention away from the guy she'd previously been dating. Soon the two couldn't take their eyes off each other,” an insider said.
After years of keeping their relationship low-key and isolating together during the pandemic, another source revealed they “haven't been together for a few months.”
Well, there you have it – Chris is back on the market and as a brand-new man too!
