Just when it seemed Brooklyn Beckham had finally found his passion – carving a career for himself in the kitchen – the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham has once again been put on blast by the internet.
This time it’s because the 22-year-old aspiring chef put his foot in his mouth.
Brooklyn shared a picture to Instagram, showing off his vegan sneakers by Superdry.
“Lower your fashion footprint,” Brooklyn, who is an ambassador for the clothing brand, captioned the image.
But instead of jumping on the conscious-fashion bandwagon, his followers were quick to point out the hypocrisy in Brooklyn’s post.
A few days earlier, in a cooking video, Brooklyn revealed that he loves steak so much that he sometimes eats it thrice a week.
In the video he cooks with American singer Chase Hudson, professionally known as Lil Huddy.
“Geez, you were cooking massive steaks the other day,” one fan pointed out.
While another suggested if he cooked plant-based food, they “would be impressed”.
Meanwhile his younger brother, Romeo (19), isn’t missing a professional beat.
The soccer-star-turned-model unveiled his latest campaign for GQ Korea and his parents couldn’t be prouder.
“So proud,” Victoria wrote on Instagram.
David also shared the magazine cover: “Wow. Amazing cover, mate. Love you.”
The teen, who plays for Fort Lauderdale CF, is all grown up in a shoot wearing a denim waistcoat and sporting a buzzcut and thin moustache, resembling a younger version of his dad.
Romeo’s comments section was flooded with congratulatory messages with one follower writing: “Gorgeous and handsome. . . just like his dad”.
