Miley’s not-so-little sister started an online frenzy with her performance at the CMT Country Music Awards in October, where she wore a sheer bodysuit, accessorised with a bedazzled thong and a cowboy hat.

Noah’s stylist, Phil Gomez, said the costume was inspired by Dolly Parton, Cher and Britney Spears, and was always intended to be bawdy.
