He was once most famous for being the dad in American Pie, the embarrassed-looking guy who catches his son in compromising positions. Now he’s the dad in another hit comedy – and this time he has nothing to be mortified about.

Eugene Levy and son Dan are the co-creators of the hit show Schitt’s Creek, which raked in one gong after the other at the recent Emmy Awards.

The real-life father-and-son duo – who play Johnny and David Rose in the comedy series – became the first father-son pair to win Emmy Awards for acting in the same year. Schitt’s Creek also won a record-breaking nine awards.
