He says he hit the gym after indulging in too much birthday cake but judging by Jonathan Boynton-Lee’s ripped abs, a cheat day wouldn’t have done him any harm!

The hunky TV presenter doesn't let his hectic work schedule keep him from hitting the gym at least five times a week to stay in shape.

“One of those sessions must ideally include a Sweat 1000 class to keep my fitness up,” he says.
