She's not sure when or exactly how it happened but one day she woke up and realised she felt a new spring in her step.

The past year with all its chaos and confusion has been a time of self-reflection for Natasha Sutherland and one thing has shone through bright and clear: she has a lot to be thankful for.

Many of her peers in the entertainment industry have been hammered by the pandemic, struggling to find work and battling to make ends meet but the 50-year-old actress counts herself among the fortunate few.
