Harrison Ford is ripped and ready.
The Indiana Jones star has revealed the secret to how he maintains his fit physique at the age of 77.
Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the star looked fit and strong, prompting the talk-show host to comment on his chiseled looks, reported Daily Mail.
“You look good, you look really good,” Ellen told the Indiana Jones actor.
“What did I look like before?” he said jokingly.
Ellen shared a photo of the Blade Runner 2049 actor on a bike and pointed out his muscular arms before asking him if he works out “like crazy”.
The actor was playful and credited his impressive appearance to major changes in his diet, according to Us Weekly.
“What are you doing now?” the TV host asked.
“[I’m eating] practically nothing,” he shot back.
“I eat vegetables and fish. It’s really boring,” he admitted.
Harrison explained that he changed his eating habits to improve not only his health but that of the planet.
“I just decided I was tired of eating meat,” he said.
“And I know it’s not really good for the planet and it’s not really good for me.”
Ellen, who’s a vegetarian, agreed with his decision, piping in: “It’s good to not eat meat.”
The actor’s fine physique is set to serve him well as he begins shooting the fifth Indiana Jones movie later this year.
