In her latest movie, the action thriller Ava, the actress plays a top assassin who travels the globe specialising in high-profile hits for a special ops organisation. After a job goes badly wrong she breaks protocol by questioning the orders she was given and ends up on the run. Her only ally is her mentor, Duke (John Malkovich). The movie also stars Colin Farrell as the head of the agency who puts a target on Ava’s back when she goes rogue.
