I’m in the process of divorcing my wife but she and I still live in the same house. I spoke to my attorney and tried to get her to leave as the house belongs to me but she simply ignores all the letters and pretends we’re not divorcing.

I’m the primary caregiver of our three-year-old son and I think her attorney has told her to try to take over my role. She prevents me from spending time with him and whenever I try to do something with him, she interferes.
