After trying for a baby for a year without success, my partner and I went for check-ups and got the news that things look fine with me and the problem lies with him.

We are not well-off and can’t afford long and expensive fertility treatments, so I would like to go straight to using a sperm donor.

However, he says he won’t consider a donor until we’ve tried other fertility procedures. But we don’t have the time or money for those.
