I’m 33 and work for our family business which is owned by my parents. I’ve worked in the office running much of the show for the past 11 years.

During my teens I gave my parents quite a tough time with my choice of boyfriends. At 16 I met a guy who was 19 and we were together for 10 years.

The relationship was filled with abuse and infidelity, and I eventually left him. I was with my next boyfriend for two years – until he cheated and got another woman preg­nant.
