Patties

1. Mix the mince, egg, oats, salt, pepper and parsley until well combined. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty the size of the burger rolls. Arrange on a plate, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the patties until golden brown and done, turning often so the patties cook evenly.
