Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a 20 x 20cm cake tin with baking paper and grease with nonstick spray.

1. Pour the cupcake batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the brownies have cracked on top but are still moist in the middle. Leave in the cake tin to cool.
