Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a medium oval ovenproof pie dish.
1. Chicken In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to the boil and simmer until the meat comes off the bone. Remove the skin and bones and shred the chicken.
2. Put the shredded chicken back in the saucepan and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Leave to cool completely. 3 Filling Add all the ingredients to the cooled chicken mixture and combine thoroughly.
