Crumbed livers with pineapple salsa
Crumbed livers with pineapple salsa

1. Pat the livers dry with paper towels. Season well with salt and pepper.

2. Mix the cumin, coriander and flour well. Roll the livers in the mixture to coat.

3. Whisk the eggs and milk together. Dip the livers one at a time in the egg mixture then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat completely. Transfer to a plate and chill for 30 minutes.
