Try out the fiery flavours of Sri Lanka with this delicious seafood dish which heros prawn and tomato. 

1. Heat the oil in a deep pan or saucepan and brown the onions. Add the garlic, ginger and chillies and stir-fry until fragrant.

2. Add the prawns and stirfry until they’re done and have changed colour.
