Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a 20cm square cake tin with non-stick spray and line with baking paper. Grease again and dust cocoa powder over.

1. Whisk the egg yolks and sweetener together until pale and thick. Sift the cocoa powder and salt over and fold in.

2. Fold in the  almonds.
