Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with oil.

1 Meatballs Heat a dry pan and toast the cumin and coriander seeds until fragrant. Grind the seeds with a mortar and pestle.

2 Mix the spices with the rest of the ingredients, seasoning well with salt and pepper.
