Filling

1. Heat the oil in a pot or saucepan and fry the onions, garlic and chillies until soft. Add the cumin, coriander and paprika and stir-fry until fragrant.

2. Stir in the tomato paste and fry for a minute. Add the mince and stir-fry until brown.
