Spread finely grated Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet or baking paper. Bake for about 4-5 minutes at 200 ºC until the cheese has melted and just begins to brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes until firm enough to handle. Shape over the back of a soup spoon or glass bowl to make Parmesan baskets or cut into triangles, roll up and use to garnish a salad.
