Preheat the oven to 200°C.Grease a large ovenproof dish with nonstick spray.

1. Filling

Slice the pears and apples into rough chunks and put in a saucepan. Add the lemon juice and zest, as well as the water. Bring to the boil, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
