CREAMY HUMMUS WITH SESAME-INFUSED OLIVE OIL AND FRESH DILL

Tahini (sesame paste) is a key ingredient in Greek hummus but it can be quite pricey. So instead, we’re using sesame-infused olive oil to add that nutty flavour.

GIANT LAMB KEBABS WITH MINT YOGHURT

Garnish the meat with lemon wedges, dill and mint. Slice slivers of meat off the kebab skewers and serve with the yoghurt sauce.

DIY MEDITERRANEAN SALAD

What is a Greek feast without a fresh salad? This DIY salad allows each person to choose the ingredients to suit their taste. To save time, the brinjals can be made a day or two in advance and stored in the fridge.

SPANAKOPITA WITH LEMON

Traditionally, spanakopita is made in a large dish then sliced into pre-determined portions, or made as individual triangle parcels. This recipe is a large spanakopita that can be sliced and served at the table.
