Keep 6-8 glasses handy.

1. Biscuit layer Break the biscuits into smaller pieces. Mix the coffee and liqueur or hot chocolate well and dip the biscuits into the mixture one by one. Arrange a layer of the biscuits in the bottom of each glass.

2. Caramel layer Beat the ingredients together well and spoon half over the biscuit layer in each glass. Dip more biscuits into the coffee mixtre and arrange on the caramel layer.
