Calcium is crucial to a woman’s diet and an important component in strong bones. We’re using amasi in these cakes to provide a bit of extra calcium.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 2 madeleine tins or small cupcake tins with non-stick spray.

1. Madeleines Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the oil, amasi and orange zest and beat until well combined.
