You can either use buttermilk rusk crumbs or crushed Marie biscuits

Grease a 20cm tart or cake tin well with non-stick spray.

1. Crust Mix the rusk or biscuit crumbs and butter well and press firmly on the bottom of the prepared tart or cake tin. Chill in the fridge until needed.
