A little sweet and sour pork chops. The perfect dinner idea for family foodies or date night.

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

1. In a small skillet, sauté the onion in the butter until soft. Remove from the heat and add to a bowl with the panko crumbs, chopped apricots, celery, parsley and 2,5 ml (½t) of the salt.
