Chicken wings normally take up to 50 minutes in the oven, but by blanching them beforehand you save loads of cooking time. This is the perfect snack for movie night or watching the rugby!

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

1 Fill a large saucepan with hot water and place over high heat. Add the salt, cover and bring to the boil.
