Pizza for breakfast? Well, why not! This is perfect for a weekend brunch with family or friends. Follow the same basic recipe and add your choice of toppings to make pizzas for family movie night.

1 Pizza base Place the water in a large bowl. Sprinkle over the yeast and leave until foamy (about 5 minutes). Add the sugar, olive oil and salt and whisk to combine. Add the flour and mix with your hands until a sticky dough forms.

2 Lightly brush another large bowl with a little olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl and coat lightly with olive oil. Cover with clingwrap and leave in a warm, dry place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
